When we use information from your check to make an electronic fund transfer, funds may be withdrawn from your account as soon as the same day you make your payment, and you will not receive your check back from your financial institution.


Termination

Merced Property & Casualty may terminate your access to Merced Property & Casualty Sites for any reason, without prior notice.


Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions of Use shall be governed and construed by the laws of the State of California without giving effect to any conflict of laws principles or provisions.


Severability

If a court of competent jurisdiction deems any provision unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
